Q:
Where do I take my vehicle for Service? A:
When service is required, you may take it to any repair shop that handles Extended
Warrantee repairs. We would like to be your service provider for all your automotive
needs including repairs that are covered under the Extended Warrantee you purchased.
It is your responsibility to inform the repair facility of your warrantee info
and give them your policy number. You can either contact our office or ensure
that the respective dealer/repair shop representative contacts our office to obtain
authorization for plan covered repairs prior to any repairs being started.

Do I have to pay a deductible? A: Yes,
if the contract you purchased requires a deductible for covered repairs. You pay

If you are outside of Florida and depending on the local laws where you use your
extended warranty, you may be required to pay state or local taxes in addition
to the deductible amount.
